SECTION 5. The Governor shall hold his office during four years from the third Tuesday in
January next ensuing his election; and shall not be elected a third time to said office.

Section 17. Amend Article III, ยง5 of the Delaware Constitution of 1897,as amended, by striking
the word
"his" as found twice therein and replacing said word in each instance with the phrase "his or her".
