SEC. 3. The Governor shall be at least thirty years of age, shall have been a citizen of some one of the States composing the Confederate States of America, for twenty years, and shall resided in this State at least five years next preceeding the day of his election, and shall not be capable of holding the office more than four years in any term of six years.
